This 62mm Light Bore 175cc cylinder kit is a very complete set for the 150 series SH150i ABS engine to use in combination with the standard genuine SH150cc cylinderhead & valves.

The valve pockets from the piston are made with 2 angles and sizes to be able to install this set on the standard 150cc cylinderhead, and on the Yuminashi big valve X31 LS1 racing Head as well (31/24.8mm valves).

The sleeve from the cylinder is made from a very special and hard material to maximise the durability of the cylinder.

The cylinder set comes with a special copper gasket (not shown on the picture).

The 175cc Light Bore cylinder can be bored up until 180cc (63mm), and the Yuminashi 63mm piston is also available for the 150 series engines. If you want to bore your cylinder up then please keep in mind that the area between the burning room and the water circulation in the head becomes very narrow.
